Francisco Fernandez is a successful serial entrepreneur who initially committed himself to innovate the financial industry. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the ETH Zürich and post degree studies in business administration (BWI). He had 3 successful exits including Avaloq (>3bn). He still runs a multi-billion portfolio of companies he (co-)founded. His companies transform industries by creating hyper-scale business platforms based on strong software foundations, using Cloud, AI, Big-Data, Blockchain and other technologies. Also, he strives to create new asset classes making non-bankable assets bankable through tokenization (block chain), bringing liquidity and transparency to this 200tn opportunity. He made significant investments in platforms related to Food, Drug Discovery, Real Estate, Art, Collectible Cars, eSports, Music IP, FinTech and Clean Energy.
