Franziska Reh, born 1988, is the CEO & Founder of Uncap, an investment fintech focusing on early-stage funding in Africa. Franziska holds a BSc in Business Administration from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management as well as an MSc in Global Sustainability from the Rotterdam School of Management. She is also a certified bank clerk. Franziska started her career at Deutsche Bank in 2008, where she spent 5 years in different positions within commercial banking as well as an executive assistant to the CEO of Private & Business Clients. After her masters she gained 3 years of experience as a consultant at Accenture Strategy & Sustainability working with governmental clients and public companies around circular economy, digital sustainability and strategy. During a 1-year secondment as a project manager at the World Economic Forum, Franziska set-up and led large multi-stakeholder initiatives fostering cross-sector collaboration for circular economy. Since 2019, Franziska is the CEO & Founder of Uncap, a fintech revolutionizing access to funding for early-stage entrepreneurs in sub-Saharan Africa. Uncap raised an undisclosed 7-figure funding round to test it’s data-driven, automated and remote investment software and so far invested in 80+ entrepreneurs in 8 different countries. Over the next 10 years, Uncap wants to invest 1 billion in 50,000 entrepreneurs. Franziska currently lives in Munich.
