Hale Ozsoy BIYIKLI is a partner with Turkven Private Equity, a leading private equity house in Istanbul, Turkiye. Hale has over 20 years of experience in private equity. Prior to Turkven, Hale has worked as an investment banker for Goldman Sachs London, and as a consultant for Boston Consulting Group and Andersen Consulting in Istanbul.

Hale currently serves as an Executive Board Member at Impact Investing Advisory Board Turkiye (EYDK) aiming to develop a well-functioning impact investing ecosystem in the country.

Hale holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc and BSc in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
