Juan is the Founder and CEO of Innpactia, a marketplace of impact investing funds. Juan is a 2nd-time impact entrepreneur, after having worked in the international development sector.
He founded Azaí Consultores in 2011, an organizational and strategic impact management consulting firm in Colombia and Mexico. Currently, he is part of the advisory councils of the Suma Social program of USAID/Colombia, and a member of the B System Enterprise Council. He has been a Project Management and Innovative Finance professor at the School of International Relations and Finance at Externado University in Bogotá since 2012, having published work on topics related to the effectiveness of international development finance and trust-building.
