Khazer joined Actis in 2021 and is part of the Central & Eastern Europe investment team covering Energy and Infrastructure, most recently focusing on regulated utilities in Türkiye and digital infrastructure in the Western Balkans.

Prior to joining Actis, Khazer was Vice President with the Principal Investment team at Waha Capital PJSC, where he started his career, and was responsible for developing the firm’s investment strategies and deploying capital across multiple sectors.

Khazer holds an MBA from London Business School and a BBA from the American University of Beirut.
