Mark Kleyner is a venture capitalist, corporate venture specialist, and startup advisor with extensive experience across global and emerging markets. He has worked with eight venture capital firms, helped launch multiple $10M+ technology investment funds, and trained over 800 founders and investors worldwide.

Mark is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Dream VC, a leading venture capital institute focused on emerging markets. Dream VC has trained more than 400 investors from 50 countries, whose funds collectively manage over $10.2 billion in assets under management. He also co-leads EDGE by Dream VC, the firm’s corporate venture capital practice, supporting corporations in designing and co-operating venture investment initiatives across sectors including fintech, energy, logistics, and advanced manufacturing, with active funds across Africa and Asia.

A frequent international speaker, Mark has appeared at major global conferences including GITEX, AI Everything, AfricArena, RiseUp, AIM Congress, and the SuperReturn series.

Beyond Dream VC, he advises investment funds and startups, serves on several startup boards, and is an active angel investor. Outside of work, he enjoys global travel, exploring new cuisines, racket sports, and maintains a long-standing fascination with hippopotamuses.
