Nneka Eze is a Managing Partner at VestedWorld, a venture capital firm delivering impact and returns in agriculture/agrifoodtech, consumer goods, and enabling technology with a focus on Ghana, Nigeria, and Kenya. She has 15 years of experience working in and across Africa and believes deeply in the firm’s north star -- that Africa can become the next East Asia. VestedWorld has 30 portfolio companies, with a commitment to investing in African founders and female founders.

Since joining VestedWorld in 2021 she has led transactions in the creative industries, B2B retailtech, fintech, healtech/biotech, and mobility/logistics. Nneka has deep experience and knowledge of mass market African consumers in rural and urban areas.

Previously, Nneka worked to deepen investment in African businesses and entrepreneurs having worked as Nigeria Director/founder at Dalberg and co-lead of the Global Agriculture and Food Security practice and as a Business Analyst at McKinsey (in Washington, DC and on a project in Nigeria). She has lived in Senegal, Kenya, and Nigeria. She serves on the boards of the Impact Investors’ Foundation of Nigeria, the National Advisory Board for Impact Investing, The Resolution Project, and AMP Health. She is a Kauffman Fellow in Class 28.
