Patrick Goodman is Co-Founding Partner and Director of Innpact SA, which he steered from initially structuring impact finance funds in 2007 to now being a leading impact finance specialist providing advisory and third-party fund management services with over 50 team members. Patrick is also a Director and Chairperson of Innpact Fund Management SA which is the group’s Luxembourg AIFM dedicated solely to impact finance and a Director of Innpact (Mauritius) Ltd, a CIS Manager in Mauritius also dedicated to impact projects. He has a wide experience in designing, structuring and establishing impact funds and blended finance vehicles, backed by over thirty years’ experience in the banking and fund industry. He is also a board member of impact investment funds.

Previous employers include JP Morgan in Brussels and Citibank in Belgium and Luxembourg. Since early 2003, Patrick Goodman has dedicated his career to responsible finance and impact finance, providing initially as a free-lance consultant structuring and fund management services for MIVs (Microfinance Investment Vehicles) and other impact finance vehicles.

Patrick holds a Master in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School.
