Przemysław is the Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Accession Capital Partners (previously Mezzanine Management). He is also a board member of Domino’s Poland, SMYK, Tatuum, WISS, Nettle, Cenatorium, TopFarms International and Vemo.

Accession Capital Partners (previously Mezzanine Management) pioneered mezzanine finance in Central Europe in 2000 and have since evolved to become a one-stop-shop for junior capital to mid-market businesses. It successfully raised above EUR 1.3bn across six funds, helping more than 70 businesses grow – organically and through acquisitions; domestically and abroad.

Przemek has over twenty years of experience in private equity and corporate finance in Central Europe. Prior to joining ACP, Przemyslaw was with Ernst & Young ‘s Corporate Finance and Audit departments. He holds a Master Degree in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and has pursued study programs in the U.S. and the Netherlands.
