Scott McDonough is a Managing Director and founding partner of Alta Growth Capital. Alta Growth Capital is a private equity fund focused on growth equity and buyout investments in middle market companies in the Latin America region, with a particular emphasis on Mexico. Prior to forming AGC, he was a Principal at vSpring Capital, a U.S. venture capital fund, co-founder, President & COO of Lovesac, an omnichannel home goods retailer (NASDAQ: LOVE), and an attorney practicing law with Fenwick & West in Palo Alto and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe in New York. He received his JD from Georgetown University and his BA/BS from the University of Utah.
