Sheena Shah is a senior corporate affairs and executive communications adviser with over 15 years’ experience working with private capital firms, sovereign investors and leading businesses across Asia, the GCC and the UK.

She has advised CEOs, boards and investment principals through IPOs, cross-border M&A, restructurings and periods of significant transformation, both at Brunswick and Finsbury Glover Hering, where she led pan-Asia mandates for global private equity and institutional investors. She later held a senior in-house leadership role at FWD Group, Asia's fastest growing insurer, overseeing executive and corporate communications across ten Asia-Pacific markets during its listing process and regional expansion.

Now Acting CEO and Partner at Thoburns, Sheena works closely with founders, investors and senior leadership teams on strategic positioning, stakeholder engagement and navigating capital markets complexity. She is a regular moderator and speaker on private capital, cross-border investment and growth markets.
