Tim Radjy is the Founder and Managing Partner of AlphaMundi Group (AMG) in Switzerland since 2008. He also chairs the SocialAlpha Investment Fund (SAIF) in Luxembourg and the Investment Committee of AlphaJiri Investment Fund (AJIF) in Mauritius. Since 2009, AMG has invested over USD 125 million in 65 impact ventures across Latin America and Africa through private debt and equity. Tim is the Treasurer of AlphaMundi Foundation (AMF) in Washington, DC, and the Founder of the Gender Lens Initiative for Switzerland (GLIS), launched in 2021 by Sustainable Finance Geneva to advance SDG5. In 2022, he joined the Board of Latimpacto, Latin America’s leading network of impact investors. Previously, Tim worked at MSCI as an Emerging Markets analyst and spent seven years at UBS Wealth Management, where he co-founded UBS Philanthropy Services for UHNWI clients. He also assessed microfinance programs in Bolivia for the Swiss Development Agency and advised WWF International on fundraising. Tim holds a Political Science degree from the University of Geneva and a Private Banking Diploma from UBS. He occasionally lectures on impact investing at various universities and is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
