Mr. Al Dayel is the founder and CEO at Growth Catalyst, bringing over 18 years of experience in investment banking and private equity across the Middle East. He previously served as CEO and Co-Head of Middle East operations at Ninety One Capital, where he led regional strategy and institutional client coverage.

Mr. Al Dayel was formerly Head of Private Equity at Ra’idah Investment Company, the investment arm of the Saudi Public Pension Agency, where he played a central role in deploying capital into strategic sectors aligned with national economic priorities. Prior to Ra’idah, he held leadership positions at JPMorgan and other leading financial institutions, including Riyad Capital, Saudi Fransi Capital, and The Abraaj Group, contributing to large-scale M&A, capital markets transactions, and infrastructure finance.

He has served as an active board member and investment committee representative across a range of Saudi companies, including Tamara and Cenomi Centers. He was previously on the board Saudi Bio, Saudi Ceramics, and Kudu. He currently sits on the Investment Committee of RIVA (Al Othaim Group), Alissa Group, and Damanat Mortgage Company (government-owned). He previously served as Chairman of the Investment Committee at Saudi Venture Capital (government-owned)

Mr. Al Dayel holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and earned his B.S. in Finance & Economics with honors from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He is bilingual in Arabic and English and is recognized for his strategic insight, governance expertise, and cross-sector investment leadership.
