Vincent is a seasoned impact investment professional with 25 years of experience investing across multiple sectors, regions, and instruments, with a focus on innovative solutions.

In late 2022, he co-founded Impact Earth, a nature-based solutions asset manager dedicated to financing high-impact projects and companies in complex geographies. With the support of a regional team, he successfully raised and deployed the Amazon Biodiversity Fund.

Previously, Vincent led Mirova’s subsidiary dedicated to Natural Capital, managing a geographically diverse team of 40 people and serving as a key person for several pioneering investment strategies.

He also served as Head of Impact and Thematic Investing at AXA Investment Managers, where he initiated AXA’s entry into the impact investing space in 2013 and managed the entire investment program.

Between 2016 and 2020, Vincent gained on-the-ground operational experience in emerging markets, working with multiple impact funds, NGOs, and venture philanthropic organizations to structure programs, source opportunities, execute transactions, and monitor field investments. He continues to serve as an investment committee member for several deeply rooted local funds and accelerators.
