Özge Doğan is the Founder and CEO of Karman Beyond, Türkiye’s first independent multi-family office. After completing her law degree at İstanbul Bilgi University, in response to her own family’s wealth management needs, she identified a gap in Türkiye’s market and established Karman Beyond in 2021.

At Karman Beyond, Özge leads a team of experts in investment, law, real estate, and finance, working strategically to offer bespoke solutions for families. Her firm goes beyond traditional financial services, focusing on personalized, globally-minded strategies for preserving generational wealth.

Özge is also a Board Member at Yanındayız Derneği, a rights advocacy NGO promoting gender equality in Türkiye through universal human rights.
