Özge Doğan is the Founder and CEO of Karman Beyond, Türkiye’s first independent multi-family office.

Born into a second-generation entrepreneurial family, Özge established Karman Beyond to address the unique challenges of wealth management she experienced first-hand. Today, she leads a multidisciplinary team delivering tailored strategies that help families preserve, grow, and transition their wealth across generations.

Under her leadership, Karman Beyond was honored with the "Best Family Office Services" award for both Türkiye and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) at the 2025 Euromoney Private Banking Awards.

Holding a law degree from İstanbul Bilgi University, Özge’s career spans corporate law and international advisory, combining legal, financial, and governance expertise with a global perspective.

Committed to positive societal impact, Özge also serves as a Board Member at Yanındayız Derneği, a leading NGO promoting gender equality through universal human rights in Türkiye.
