Harry Giovani is the Managing Partner & CEO at Energy Impact Partners Credit Group, overseeing credit strategies and serving on the EICF’s investment committee.

With over 20 years in credit investing, he co-founded and served as Senior Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer at CION Investment Group. There, he managed funds providing alternative financing to asset-intensive industries, including CION Investment Corporation, a $1.5 billion non-traded business development company. Previously, Harry was Vice President at FirstLight Financial Corporation and held roles at GE Commercial Finance, focusing on middle-market transactions across various industries. He began his career at Citigroup, gaining experience in underwriting, origination, and strategic marketing.

Harry earned a B.S. in Finance from Cornell University in 1996 and resides in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and three children.
