Justin T. Stolte is Global Chair of the firm’s Energy & Infrastructure Industry Group. His practice focuses on strategic transactions involving energy and infrastructure businesses.

Mr. Stolte previously worked in business development, commercial, and engineering roles at Chevron Corporation and Apache Corporation; and, before joining Latham, served as Co-Chair of the energy practice group at another leading global law firm.
