Michael Crabb is Senior Vice President of Commercial Development at Last Energy, leading project development, commercial structuring, lead generation, and capital markets activities.
Throughout his career, Michael has been heavily involved in M&A, strategy, and financing activity in the energy industry across various fossil and renewable technologies. In previous roles, Michael was Vice President of M&A and Corporate Strategy for Tenaska, Inc., a privately-held North American energy company with over $10 billion in revenue.
Before that, Michael was an investment associate for Tenaska Capital Management, an energy-focused private equity firm with a peak AUM of over $7 billion. He has been intimately involved in M&A transactions of over $3.8 billion in aggregate enterprise value and in Term Loan B project financings of over $2.7 billion.
Michael also currently serves as a Board Member for American National Bank, a regional bank serving Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota. Michael received his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Nebraska with minors in Mathematics and Economics.
