Ryan Browne is the Director of Tax Equity M&A at Captona where he is responsible for leading tax equity investments and financial structuring for Captona’s portfolio. His responsibilities include spearheading the evaluation, structuring and execution of investment transactions across renewable power generation and clean fuels assets. His several years of experience are concentrated around structured finance and valuation analysis within the renewable energy industry. Ryan previously worked on the Capital Markets team at Clearway Energy Group, one of the largest developers and operators of renewable energy assets in the United States, focusing on tax equity, construction debt, term debt and sponsor equity financings. Ryan received his degree from Pennsylvania State University and is a CFA® Charterholder.
