Andrea Kenyon is a Managing Director at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), the C$160 billion Canadian investment manager, where she leads the North American Private Debt team. AIMCo's Private Debt program has been growing rapidly and expects to reach C$10B AUM this year, investing globally in corporate lending, structured credit and fund finance. Andrea joined AIMCo in 2012 as the third team member to build a private credit platform. In 2024, Andrea received Institutional Investor's AlphaEdge Award in Private Credit Investing. She is also a member of the Leadership Circle of Women in Private Credit (WPC).

Prior to AIMCo, She worked as an investment banker at BofA Merrill Lynch in New York, where she advised insurance and asset management clients on M&A, debt and equity transactions. Andrea started her career in 2005 as an investment analyst in the Workouts Group at PGIM Private Capital in Chicago. Andrea holds an MBA in Analytic Finance, Economics and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSc in Finance and Accounting from Boston College (with Distinction).
