Anu Aiyengar is the Global Head of Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions at J.P. Morgan and a member of the firm’s Global Banking Operating Committee and Global Investment Banking Management team. She leads a top-ranked global practice of 500+ bankers across 45 countries that combines M&A, Corporate Advisory, and Director Advisory Services, helping clients execute transformative strategies. Since joining J.P. Morgan in 1999, she has held senior leadership roles across the Investment Bank and has advised on more than $1 trillion worth of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures / separations, leveraged buyouts, proxy contests, unsolicited transactions and special committee assignments. Ms. Aiyengar also serves on J.P. Morgan’s fairness and valuation committee.

Anu received her BA in economics from Smith College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
