David is a Managing Director at Churchill and a member of the Junior Capital & Private Equity Solutions (PEJC) investment team. Prior to Churchill, David was on the PEJC team at the firm’s parent company, Nuveen, since 2014. Previously, he was an Associate in the Industrial Investment Banking Group of KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he focused on executing middle market M&A transactions. Before KeyBanc, he was an Associate at Gulf Stream Asset Management, where he was responsible for underwriting new credit investments. David graduated from Davidson College with a B.A. in Economics. He also has a Master’s degree in Management from Wake Forest University.
