Don Muir is the CEO & Founder of F2, the AI platform for private markets investors. Purpose-built for private credit, private equity, and commercial banking, F2 helps deal teams accelerate diligence, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring workflows.

Prior to F2, Don was CEO & Co-Founder of Arc, a banking and capital markets platform serving middle-market companies. He raised over $180 million in equity and debt financing and scaled the business to billions of dollars in deposits and credit volume.

A recognized voice at the intersection of finance and technology, Don is a Forbes contributor and frequent speaker at global conferences including CES, Web Summit, and Private Markets AI Summit. His work focuses on how AI is modernizing private markets.

Earlier in his career, Don worked at Apollo Global Management, Onex Partners, and The Boston Consulting Group. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA from Cornell University.
