Douglas R. (Doug) Korn is Founder and Managing Partner of Victor Capital Partners, a leading lower middle market buyout-oriented private equity firm specializing in strategic transformation of branded industrial, commercial, and consumer businesses. Doug capitalized Victor at its inception in 2016 and chairs Victor’s Management Committee.

Victor Capital is currently investing Victor Capital Partners Fund II on behalf of a group of institutional and high net worth investors including major college endowments, insurance company and fund of fund investors, family and multifamily offices, and PE general partners from other firms.

Doug has more than 35 years of experience as a private equity investor. Prior to founding Victor, he was involved in the formative stages of three other sizable private equity firms. Doug graduated from Penn’s Wharton School with honors and Harvard Business School with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.
