Dr Dorothy Kelso has a wealth of experience in private markets, having served in senior strategy, research and thought leadership roles in the industry for many years. Dorothy is Managing Director of SuperReturn and has been responsible for setting its vision and driving its growth since 2016. Dr Kelso has previously worked at organisations including Coller Capital and EY.

Dorothy has been widely interviewed and quoted by media including the BBC, the FT and Bloomberg, and chairs SuperReturn's Global LP Council. In her spare time, Dorothy is the creator and author of the Upcoming Fund Managers newsletter, which features 5-minute interviews with emerging private capital fund managers from around the world.
