Elizabeth Weymouth is the Founder and Managing Partner of Grafine Partners. Grafine is a boutique alternative asset management firm that partners with veteran industry management teams and patient, creative and sophisticated capital to collectively build profitable and scalable businesses across selected industry verticals.

Prior to starting Grafine Partners, Elizabeth spent 10 years as a Partner at Riverstone Holdings, where she helped to institutionalize the firm, sat on the boards of portfolio companies, and secured $27 billion of capital from global sources.

Before joining Riverstone, Elizabeth was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Head of Investments for the U.S. Northeast region, the largest investment business within the Private Bank. In this role, she was responsible for over $80 billion in client assets and 70 investment professionals focused exclusively on making strategic and tactical investments across all financial markets.

Elizabeth earned a B.A. from the University of Virginia and her M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business, where she served on the Board of Trustees for 15 years and was the first female Chairperson of the board from 2016 through 2019. Elizabeth currently serves on the Board of Directors for UVIMCO and Chilton Trust and is a member of the Board of Trustees at Deerfield Academy. She is also a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Elizabeth has been recognized as one of ten “Women of Influence” within Private Equity by Private Equity International.
