Seasoned investment executive with over 20 years of experience in risk management, investment structuring, and private markets. Eric possesses an expertise in private credit, structured finance, and the design of complex transactions, with a career spanning global capital markets and select emerging economies. Most recently, Eric served as Managing Director at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (La Caisse), where he led the investment structuring function and develop a portfolio of external managers focused on private credit and capital solutions. Throughout his career, Eric has built and scaled investment platforms, including bespoke GP/LP frameworks, financing vehicles, and strategic joint ventures. Eric also played a role in developing La Caisse operational due diligence (ODD) framework for private market managers, supporting onboarding, risk assessment, and ongoing monitoring processes. In addition, Eric contributed to asset valuation and scenario analyses for complex and illiquid holdings.
