Gbenga Oladeji is a Johnson & Johnson Vice President serving as Head of Private Markets strategies within the J&J Benefit Investments Team. He is responsible for the global management of J&J Private Market (Private Equity / Private Credit / Real Assets) Strategies and Team globally. In addition to his Private Markets role, Gbenga is a voting member of the manager underwriting committee which is tasked globally with portfolio management & construction, recommending asset allocation and IPS changes. Prior to joining JNJ, his career spans over 18 years in roles of increasing responsibility in alternative investment management at Casey Family Programs, J.P. Morgan, William Penn Foundation and Morgan Stanley Capital International.
