Hadley Ma is the Founder and Managing Partner of Ferghana Investment Partners, a firm focused on providing hybrid capital solutions to business owners in the middle-market businesses. Prior to founding Ferghana, Hadley was a Senior Managing Director at MGG Investment Group, a private credit firm with approximately $6 billion in AUM. Earlier in his career, Hadley worked at TPG Sixth Street Partners and Oaktree Capital. Hadley holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
