Ingo Potthof is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of UVC Partners, a leading European multi-stage venture capital firm focused on B2B technology investments.

He brings over 25 years of experience in venture capital across early- and growth-stage investing, spanning primary and secondary transactions in Europe, Israel, the United States, and Asia. Throughout his career, Ingo has led numerous successful investments resulting in trade sales and IPOs, generating strong returns for institutional LPs.

He was an early investor in several category-defining, multi-billion-dollar companies, including FlixBus, nLIGHT (Nasdaq: LASR), and Signant Health.

Prior to co-founding UVC Partners, Ingo held leadership positions at Siemens and Telefónica and worked as a management consultant. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science and earned a PhD focused on technology investments.
