Ivelin is a Partner on the BC Partners Credit team based in New York. Since joining in 2018, Ivelin has helped build the Credit platform into a core pillar of the firm’s multi-asset strategy. He has played a key role in shaping investment strategy, originating and executing transactions, and expanding BC Partners Credit’s presence across North America.

Previously, Ivelin was a Partner at Fifth Street Management LLC, where he focused on the investment activities of the firm, including private debt origination and capital markets solutions for financial sponsors and corporate clients. Ivelin holds an MS in Finance from Boston College and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maine.
