Jacob Walthour is the CEO of Blueprint Capital Advisors, a $1.6 billion investment and advisory firm with expertise in private equity and private credit fund investing. Since the firm’s inception in 2015, it has been dedicated to investing in emerging and diverse managers. The firm advises $1.6 billion on behalf of family offices and institutional investors. The firm was founded on the premise of “We are different – we care about profits and people.”

In 2024, he founded the Power100 to amplify the work being done by industry allocators, advocates and asset managers to further industry alliances and change the face of the alternatives investment industry.

Previously, he served as Vice Chairman of Product and Business Development at Cowen & Company where he was responsible for seeding emerging and diverse alternative investment organizations. He currently serves on the Investment Committee for the $9 billion Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropy.
