Mr. Wuestling is a member of the private equity team, focusing on venture capital and growth equity investments. Prior to StepStone, Mr. Wuestling was a director with Greenspring Associates, a venture capital and growth equity investment firm that merged with StepStone in 2021. Before that, he worked at Cary Street Partners, a boutique investment bank in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Wuestling graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University, where he received a BS in business administration and art history.
