Jose Garcia is the CEO of the Luxembourg-based Carlisle Management Company, a fund management company specializing in Life Settlements. During the twenty-plus years of his career, he has worked in multiple sectors within the financial markets. Within Life Settlements, he has practically held all positions in the Life Settlements chain of operations. Jose Garcia and Carlisle manage investments of several regulated open and closed-end funds, as well as advising on the Life Settlements accounts for several Institutions

Apart from his industry experience, Jose Garcia has worked in many other investment areas, ranging from structure finance transactions to real estate. Mr. Garcia graduated with honours from Old Dominion University with degrees in Finance and Economics. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from George Mason University.
