Kyle is the US Practice Lead for Data & Analytics at Accordion – bringing nearly two decades of experience in data, analytics, product, go to market, strategy and delivery across enterprise software, services, and distribution.

Kyle spent the last 5 years building and running the operating group at Incline Equity Partners, helping portfolio companies define their value creation strategy and execute the VCP. He built a leading operating team spanning Technology, Product, GTM, Finance, Operations and Talent. Prior to Incline, he ran the Data & Analytics group for Slalom in San Francisco and helped launch the technology practices in Charlotte.

Kyle’s focus over the last several years has been building new services and products and taking them to market across both software and service industries. In recent years, he has focused on scaling organizations through automation, AI, and new technologies - leading to considerable EBIDTA growth across his prior portfolio companies and clients.
