Larry Aschebrook is the Founder & Managing Partner of G Squared, a global venture capital firm that partners with dynamic companies throughout their life cycles as a complete capital solutions provider. Mr. Aschebrook founded G Squared in 2011 in response to a fundamental shift: venture-backed companies are staying private longer and longer, and need both primary capital to fund their continuing growth and transitional capital to provide liquidity to early investors, current and former employees, and other shareholders. Positioned at the crux of this liquidity access challenge, G Squared partners directly with portfolio company management teams to design and facilitate liquidity programs. The firm offers a full suite of liquidity services, invests in primaries and direct secondaries, and leads and structures employee tenders. Under Mr. Aschebrook’s leadership, G Squared has deployed over $5B in 140+ portfolio companies since inception, focused on investments in growth-stage technology companies. He holds an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and an MS in Athletic Administration and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin system.
