Lee Cooper is a managing director at Delos Capital, a leading life sciences investment firm. The Delos team brings deep industry experience as investors, executives, and innovators to enable high value medical breakthroughs.

Lee was previously a life sciences investor with Leaps by Bayer. Prior to Leaps, Lee founded a rare disease-focused genomic diagnostic company as an entrepreneur-in-residence at RA Capital and worked on licensing, financing, and operational transactions at Moderna Therapeutics. He began his industry career as a life sciences strategy consultant.

Beyond his investing activities, Lee teaches as a Lecturer on bio-innovation at Tufts University and at Dartmouth College, publishing and speaking regularly on topics related to human-centered innovation. Lee has a BA in Religion from Dartmouth College and an MBA and JD from Columbia University.
