Lee Incandela joined HarbourVest in 2019 and focuses on the Firm’s private credit investments. He currently serves as a member for Credit Investment Committee. Prior to joining HarbourVest, Lee spent over nine years at THL Credit Advisors, where he was most recently a Director in the Direct Lending Group focused on originating, structuring, underwriting, and managing secured and unsecured debt investments in the middle market. He has experience investing in senior, junior, and equity capital in sponsored and non-sponsored transactions. Prior to joining THL Credit Advisors, Lee worked in investment banking at both BMO Capital Markets and Jefferies & Company as part of the mergers and acquisitions team and later the Healthcare group. Lee graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007 with a BS in Economics.
