Michael Considine represents clients in connection with significant corporate matters, focusing on strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions, carve-out divestitures/acquisitions and joint ventures. He has extensive experience in a variety of industries, primarily focused on professional sports, sports-adjacent assets and services, consumer products, and software and technology. Michael helped establish the Dallas office in 2018 and now helps lead the Firm’s sports practice.
