Nayef is a Managing Director and head of the firm’s Miami office. He is primarily focused on direct investment transactions. Prior to joining Hamilton Lane in 2013, Nayef was a Vice President at GE Capital where he focused on sponsor-backed leveraged finance transactions. Nayef began his career as a management consultant at CEB.

Nayef received an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
