Nikos Latsos joined Latsco Family Office SA in 2021 as Investment Director, where he co-manages a diversified portfolio across public and private markets.

He also serves on the Board of Directors of SpeedLab AG, a Swiss investment manager leveraging proprietary Agentic AI to deliver adaptive, high-performance investment strategies.

With over 25 years of investment experience, Nikos specialises in investments, credit solutions and wealth structuring. His career includes senior roles at leading global institutions, notably as a Senior Banker serving international clients at Credit Suisse and Julius Baer, and as Head of the Multinational Team at JP Morgan Private Bank in Geneva, advising some of the firm’s largest and most sophisticated family clients.

Prior to 2011, Nikos spent six years at Alpheus, a single family office, where he focused on hedge fund investments and trading using his proprietary quantitative futures strategy. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Director at IKOS SA (2004–2007), where he was responsible for establishing the family office for the principals of a systematic hedge fund. He began his career as a hedge fund analyst at Merrill Lynch and Schroders and later worked as Head of Financial Engineering at Man Group in London, developing structured products for hedge fund portfolios.

Nikos holds an MBA and a First Class Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

Based in Nyon – home of UEFA – Nikos enjoys the town’s unique blend of global connectivity and lakeside quality of life. He also admits to being on a continuous mission to improve his French, largely to avoid embarrassing his three children.
