Nithin Johnson serves as Managing Director of Arcbridge Capital, the investment advisor to the Johnson family office. He is focused on expanding exposure to private equity via funds, co-investments, independent sponsor and direct deals alongside other families.

Nithin has spent over 15 years in investment banking and private equity across firms from Citigroup to Tikehau Capital to Patria Investments in capacities ranging from investment diligence, advisory, and capital formation for private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and secondaries. Nithin has built and led teams and structured bespoke solutions across insurance and other institutional as well as private wealth channels, including structured solutions like collateralized fund obligations (CFOs)

Nithin holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University. He was inducted into The Milken Institute's Young Leaders Circle (YLC) and was recognized by Private Equity International (PEI) as a Future 40 Leader.
