Paul joined Equity Resource Investments, LLC (“ERI”) in 2004 and serves as Co-CIO, Head of Acquisitions and Managing Partner. He is responsible for developing the firm’s investment strategies and has significant experience in the affordable housing, workforce housing and value-add industrial sectors. He also serves on investment and executive committees for several of ERI’s strategic partners. Paul holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts and M.B.A./M.S. in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
