Prateek Bhide is a General Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Pinegrove Opportunity Partners, a venture and growth secondaries manager with over $2B in AUM. Founded in 2023 with backing from Sequoia Heritage and Brookfield, Pinegrove invests in mid- to late-stage private technology companies, providing flexible liquidity and financing solutions to founders, management teams, venture firms, and their investors.

Prior to joining Pinegrove, Prateek was an investor at D1 Capital Partners and Farallon Capital Management, where he invested in growth-stage private and public equities and stressed and distressed credit, respectively. He began his career at Blackstone in the Restructuring & Reorganization Group.

Prateek graduated from the dual-degree M&T Program at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a BAS in Biomedical Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
