Raelan Lambert is the leader of Mercer's global alternatives business, encompassing 300 investment and other professionals across 32 offices worldwide, with $35B in AUM and $181B in AUA as of June 2023. Lambert is responsible for developing and implementing the business's growth strategy and achieving strong financial performance.

Mercer Alternatives offers specialized research, advice, and investment solutions for institutional investors across private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate, natural capital, and hedge funds, globally.

Lambert has integrated nine predecessor firms into Mercer Alternatives since taking on her role in December 2019. She has extensive financial services experience, particularly in private markets, and has been recognized for her thought leadership and contributions to the industry.

Prior to joining Mercer through its predecessors, Lambert held positions at Google’s Marketing Platform (f.k.a.DoubleClick), American Express and Goldman Sachs. She holds a BA in French Language and Literature from the University of Virginia and is fluent in French.
