Dr. Aggarwal specializes in financial markets and regulation; IPOs; ETFs; corporate governance and ESG; institutional investors; short term funding markets; and digital assets. She has had tremendous impact at the intersection of financial markets and policy globally having advised several countries. She has served as Georgetown’s Vice Provost for Faculty,Interim Dean and Deputy Dean of the McDonough School of Business; Visiting Professor at MIT; FINRA Academic Fellow; Academic Fellow at the U.S. SEC; Visiting Scholar at the IMF; World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council; Fulbright Scholar to Brazil; and Distinguished Scholar at the Reserve Bank of India’s CAFRAL. Her research and analysis are regularly cited in Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, CNBC, and CNN, among others. Dr. Aggarwal serves on the boards of financial services firms.
