Rini Greenfield is the Founding General Partner of Outline Ventures, an early-stage venture firm investing in Applied AI transforming essential physical-world systems across agriculture, supply chain, logistics, and health. Outline Ventures backs companies where intelligence, data, and automation drive durable efficiency, resilience, and scalable impact. Rini is the General Partner of Rethink Food, an early-stage fund spanning agtech, food systems, and health-adjacent technologies. She developed a reputation as a hands-on scale partner, working closely with founders on operational execution, strategic positioning, and enterprise customer expansion.

Prior, Rini co-founded a Tiger Management Fund investing in global technology companies. Her experience spans public and private markets, combining rigorous thematic research, disciplined valuation, and active company building.

Rini holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
