Ryan Bailey is the Chief Investment Officer and a Managing Partner at Paradigm Global Investors. With extensive experience in institutional investment management, Ryan leads Paradigm’s discretionary and non-discretionary strategies, driving manager research, governance, and portfolio construction across public and private markets. He previously served as Co-Chief Investment Officer at Investment Office Resources, was a co-founder of Carbonado Partners, and managed a $1.8 billion investment portfolio for Children’s Health System of Texas across pension, foundation, operating, and long-term pools.

Ryan currently serves on multiple investment and governance committees, including those of the American Heart Association, Texas ERS, Dallas Police and Fire, and Dallas Parkland Hospital. Ryan is a Yale University graduate in Economics, and holds the CFA, FRM, CAIA, and CMT designations.
