Sana Jivani is a Director at KBRA UK. Sana joined KBRA in December 2023 and focuses on the rating of fund finance transactions, including net asset value (NAV) and capital call facilities.

Prior to joining KBRA, Sana was a senior vice president at HSBC Innovation Banking where she led and managed funds finance transactions, including capital call, NAV, and general partner (GP)/co-invest facilities. Before this, Sana was an associate director at Shawbrook Bank, managing a portfolio covering speciality finance, funds finance, venture capital, and leveraged finance transactions. Sana also previously spent over five years at RBS primarily in the funds finance and speciality finance team, having joined an RBS apprenticeship scheme in 2013.

Sana received a BSc in Banking and Finance from BPP University in 2019
