Sean Kelly-Rand is Managing Partner of RD Advisors, a real estate private debt firm. He is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and structuring transactions. He co-founded RD Advisors after spending his career structuring multi-billion dollar senior loan, mezzanine, preferred equity, and joint venture investments as a key member of the investment teams at major institutional real estate firms and / or groups, including Real Estate Capital Partners, Monday Capital Partners, Madison International Realty, and Lehman Brothers. Mr. Kelly-Rand holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia University, and an MA and BA in Economics from Boston University.
